Loot To Forge Ores Guide — Best Farming Spots 2026
Complete Loot To Forge ores guide covering every ore type, sell prices, stage drops, and the fastest farming routes — including the Frostbound Tower method.
Ore is the backbone of everything you do in +1 Loot To Forge. It sells for coins, feeds the forge, and decides how fast your gear climbs the enhancement ladder — so knowing where each ore drops and which ones are actually worth your time is the difference between a slow grind and a fast one. This Loot To Forge ores guide breaks down every farming route, the sell prices behind the rarer drops, and the mistakes that cost new players entire nights of progress.
What Ore Actually Does in +1 Loot To Forge

Every ore in the game falls into one of two jobs: sell it for coins, or feed it into the forge to create and upgrade weapons. Rarity drives both. The deeper you push into the stage list, the better the ore enemies drop, and the higher the sell price climbs.
According to the official +1 Loot To Forge wiki, ore is listed as a Collectable and Unbuyable item type — meaning you cannot purchase it directly with Robux. Every stone in your inventory came from a Tower Challenge run, an enemy kill, a code, or an event quest.
That single design choice shapes the whole economy. You cannot skip the farm. You can only choose which farm to run.
Ore vs. Ember Stone: Not the Same Thing
This trips up almost everyone. Ember Stone is the enhancement material consumed at the Enhance station. It does not appear in the ore table at all. Amber, by contrast, is a stage 12 ore that sells for roughly 3.53K coins and carries a reported forge multiplier of x31.
Auto-generated captions constantly transcribe "Ember" as "amber," so half the videos on YouTube say the wrong word while the on-screen panel says the right one. The same trap exists with Gold — one guide calls Coins "gold," while Gold is a separate Epic ore that drops on stage 7. When you are matching a screenshot to a written guide, read the item panel, not the subtitles.
Ore Farming Sources Ranked by Efficiency
Here is how the main farming routes stack up against each other, based on community-recorded runs.
| Source | Yield | Time Cost | Entry Requirement | Reliability |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Frostbound Tower | ~200 stones per run | ~1 minute | 2nd rebirth + Tower Ticket | Community-observed |
| Stage 6 idling | ~2,400 stones | One full night | None | Community-observed |
| Enhance event quests | 15–200 stones | 5–30 enhance attempts | None | Partially confirmed |
| Code 50000CCU | 50 stones | Instant | None | Confirmed |
| Enhance Packs | Unpublished | Instant | 99–2,999 Robux | Price confirmed only |
The gap between the top two rows is the headline. The Frostbound Tower produces roughly 200 stones per minute of active play. Stage 6 idling produces roughly 200 to 300 stones per hour. That is close to an order of magnitude difference per hour of attention — and at least one community guide states outright that the tower beats idling.
Why Idling Still Matters
Idling is not obsolete, and anyone who tells you otherwise is ignoring the entry requirements. The Frostbound Tower needs a second rebirth and a Tower Ticket. A fresh account has neither.
So a new player farming overnight on a stage they can clear is running the only farm available to them. That is not a consolation prize — 2,400 stones is the single biggest free chunk anyone has recorded in one session.
Frostbound Tower: The Fastest Ore Farm
The tower unlocks after your second rebirth, runs 30 rounds in brackets of five, and burns one Tower Ticket per run. The clearest reading comes from a single recorded session:
- Round 1 returned nothing at all
- Round 2 returned 43 stones
- A later round returned 162 stones
- The run was abandoned at roughly the one-minute mark with about 200 stones collected
Treat 200 as an observation, not a rate card. Nobody has run the tower enough times to publish a per-round average, and that same recording shows an empty round sitting right next to a 162-stone round. Variance is real.
The Math That Makes It Worth a Ticket
The +5 to +6 enhancement step costs 100 stones per attempt at a 40% success rate. That averages 2.5 attempts, or 250 stones, for one successful level. At the recorded 200 stones per minute, that is a bit over one minute of tower time per successful level — before you account for failures above +6.
The same step would eat a third of a full night of idling.
Free Tickets Exist
You do not have to pay. Free Tower Tickets come from three places:
| Ticket Source | Amount |
|---|---|
| Per rebirth | 2 |
| Daily claim (inside tower window) | 2 |
| Lobby ore board drop | ~5% reported rate |
Paid ticket packs run 49, 199, 1,199 and 4,999 Robux, which works out to about 4.9 Robux per ticket on the small pack and 2.5 on the large one.
Three Rules That Catch New Players
Shift Lock is disabled inside the tower. Auto-target is disabled with an explicit warning. And power resets to zero on rebirth — so running the tower immediately after a rebirth ends the run before it starts.
A separate progression write-up from Nerdschalk records round 1 paying 600 coins and a Bone Ore, with rounds 2 through 7 listing Frostbite, Diamond and Ember Stone. That lines up cleanly with round 1 returning zero stones in the recorded video.
Stage Farming: Pick the Stage You Can Clear
Normal dungeon enemies drop ore at random. The community rule of thumb is blunt: if a normal mob takes more than four hits, back out and drop a stage. A baseline that Sportskeeda's rebirth guide also describes.
Farm the stage you can clear, not the stage you can survive.
The reason is the death penalty. Dying inside a run loses every ore you have not carried back. A death at 3 a.m. turns a full night of idling into a total loss. Mobs respawn every 28 to 30 seconds, so standing still still pays — but only if you are alive to collect.
If stage 7 is a four-hit fight, stage 6 is the better farm. Always.
The Enhancement Cost Ladder
Understanding what ore gets spent where is half of farming efficiently. Here is the community-observed cost table through +6:
| Step | Stones per Attempt | Coins per Attempt | Success Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| +0 to +1 | 5 | 200 | 100% |
| +1 to +2 | 10 | 1,000 | 100% |
| +2 to +3 | 20 | 3,000 | 85% |
| +3 to +4 | 40 | 7,000 | 75% |
| +4 to +5 | 60 | 15,000 | 65% |
| +5 to +6 | 100 | 32,000 | 40% |
| +6 to +7 | Not captured | Not captured | 33% |
| +7 to +8 | Not captured | Not captured | 25% |
The +0 to +6 columns come from a single video reading, so treat them as community-observed rather than official. The stone column survives an arithmetic check against the widely-cited "30 stones for four enhancements" Katana claim, which is why the 5 and 10 rows are the most trustworthy numbers on the table.
The Level-Loss Rule Changes Everything
Three independent sources agree that a failure at +6 or higher drops the item down one level. Solving that retry loop gives roughly 38.9 attempts to go from +5 to +8, instead of the 7.0 a no-penalty model would need — a 5.5x multiplier.
A Protection Scroll stops the level loss but not the failure itself, so it does not reduce the retry count. It only stops you from sliding backward.
The Cheap Katana Route
The event quest pays stones for attempts, not for levels. That is what makes the cheap-Katana strategy work: forge the cheapest Katana you can, enhance it to +2, then repeat with a fresh one.
Two Katanas enhanced twice each cost 30 stones for four enhancements — 5 plus 10 stones per sword, two swords. The cost table confirms it exactly.
The 30-Enhance Reward Conflict
One source says 30 enhances pay 200 Ember Stones. Another says the 30-enhance mark is where the first 10 Prismatic Stones arrive — and Prismatic Stones are a separate material whose use nobody has found yet.
Only the 5 and 10 enhance tiers are confirmed by two independent sources. Do not build a stone budget around the 30 tier until more players report in.
The Robux Line: Prices Official, Contents Unknown
Roblox's developer product feed lists four Enhance Packs, all created on September 25, 2026 — the day before the Enhance update went live.
| Pack | Official Price | Official Description |
|---|---|---|
| Enhance Pack 1 | 99 Robux | Empty |
| Enhance Pack 2 | 499 Robux | Empty |
| Enhance Pack 3 | 1,299 Robux | Empty |
| Enhance Pack 4 | 2,999 Robux | Empty |
That is the entire official record. Every description field is an empty string, so the stone count inside each pack is unpublished. The cost of a single Ember Stone in Robux cannot be calculated from official data. Any per-stone figure circulating online comes from community video readings, not from Good Bro Studio.
Free Ore From Codes
The working code 50000CCU hands out 50 Ember Stones — the only fixed free amount on the board. Redeem it through the Shop button on the left side of the hub screen, scroll to the bottom, paste, and hit Submit.
Expired codes include 30000CCU (2,000 Coins and 2 Race Rolls) and 20000CCU (2,000 Coins and 1 Power Potion). Free coins cover a real slice of what the forge asks for, so it is worth checking the Roblox codes hub on GameRant after each update.

Common Ore Mistakes to Avoid
- Confusing Ember Stone with Amber. Amber is a stage 12 ore worth 3.53K coins. Ember Stone is the enhancement material. They are not interchangeable.
- Running the tower right after a rebirth. Power resets to zero, so the run ends immediately.
- Pushing one stage too far. The death penalty hands back the whole run's ore.
- Planning around the 30-enhance reward. Sources conflict. Only the 5 and 10 tiers are double-confirmed.
- Buying Enhance Packs blind. The contents are unpublished, so you cannot compute value per stone.
Quick Reference Summary
The fastest ore farm in +1 Loot To Forge is the Frostbound Tower at roughly 200 stones per minute, gated behind a second rebirth and a Tower Ticket. Stage 6 idling is the best free option for new accounts, producing around 2,400 stones overnight. Enhancement costs climb steeply after +5, and the level-loss rule above +6 multiplies your retry count by roughly 5.5x.
Farm what you can clear. Bank what you farm. Spend stones on the steps that actually gate your progress.
