Loot To Forge Best Ore Farming — Fastest Routes
The Loot To Forge best ore farming routes, ranked: Frostbound Tower vs stage idling, Enhance quest payouts, and the codes that hand out free Ember Stones.
Ore is the backbone of everything you do in +1 Loot To Forge — it's what you sell for Coins and what you feed into the forge for better gear. Finding the Loot To Forge best ore farming route matters because the gap between a good farm and a bad one is roughly ten times the yield for the same amount of playtime. This guide ranks every Ember Stone source, breaks down the Frostbound Tower versus overnight idling debate, and shows you exactly what each Enhance attempt costs so you stop burning stones on bad odds.
What Counts as "Ore" in Loot To Forge

Ore is the game's core collectible. It drops from enemies, from the Tower Challenge, and from event content, and it's categorized by rarity — the deeper you push into the stages, the better the ore that drops when you kill something. Rarer ore sells for more Coins, and the good stuff goes straight into the forge instead of the shop.
The one distinction that trips up almost every new player: Ember Stone is not Amber, and it isn't Gold either.
| Item | What it is | Where it drops | Sell value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ember Stone | Enhance material | Dungeon mobs, Frostbound Tower, event quests | Not sold — consumed at the Enhance station |
| Amber | Ore (stage 12) | Stage 12 enemies | 3.53K Coins |
| Gold | Epic ore (stage 7) | Stage 7 enemies | Forge material |
| Frostbite / Diamond / Bone | Early-mid ores | Tower rounds 2–7, early stages | Varied |
The confusion comes from auto-generated captions, which routinely transcribe "Ember" as "amber." If a video's subtitles say amber stones but the Enhance panel on screen says Ember Stone, trust the panel. Community reports put Amber's forge multiplier around x31, but that has nothing to do with the Enhance system.
The Loot To Forge Best Ore Farming Routes, Ranked
Here's every Ember Stone source side by side. Grades reflect how solid the underlying data is: A comes from Roblox's own API, B from two or more independent community reports, C from a single dated report, and D from sources that contradict each other.
| Source | Yield per run | Time cost | Hard cost | Grade |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Frostbound Tower | ~200 stones | ~1 minute | 1 Tower Ticket | C |
| Stage 6 idling | ~2,400 stones | One night | None | C |
| Event quest — 5 enhances | 15 stones | 5 attempts | 35 stones spent | B |
| Event quest — 10 enhances | 40 stones | 10 attempts | 75 stones spent | B |
| Event quest — 20 enhances | 100 stones | 20 attempts | Single source | C |
| Event quest — 30 enhances | 200 stones or 10 Prismatic Stones | 30 attempts | Sources conflict | D |
| Code 50000CCU | 50 stones | One minute | Free | Code A, amount B |
| Enhance Pack | Never published | Instant | 99–2,999 Robux | Price A, contents unknown |
The tower wins on stones per minute by a wide margin. Idling wins on total stones per session and works on accounts that can't touch the tower yet. The quest ladder is the only source that pays you back for something you were probably doing anyway.
Frostbound Tower: Fastest Stones Per Minute
The tower unlocks after your second rebirth, runs 30 rounds in brackets of five, and costs one Tower Ticket per run. In one recorded community session, round 1 returned nothing at all, round 2 dropped 43 stones, a later round dropped 162, and the player exited at roughly the one-minute mark with about 200 stones in the bag.
Treat that 200 as an observation, not a rate card. Nobody has published a per-round average, and the same recording shows an empty round sitting right next to a 162-stone round. Variance is real.
What makes it worth the ticket is the math on Enhance costs. The +5 to +6 step runs 100 stones per attempt at a 40% success rate — an expected 2.5 attempts, or 250 stones. At the recorded pace, that's a little over one minute of tower time per successful level. The same step would eat roughly a third of an entire night of stage 6 idling.
Free Tower Tickets Exist
You don't have to pay to run the tower:
- Two tickets per rebirth
- Two per day claimed inside the tower window
- A reported 5% drop from the lobby ore board
Paid ticket packs run 49, 199, 1,199, and 4,999 Robux, which works out to about 4.9 Robux per ticket on the small pack and 2.5 on the large one. Buy the big pack or don't buy at all.
Three Rules That End Runs Early
New players lose tower runs to the same three things. Shift Lock is disabled inside, auto-target is disabled with an explicit warning, and power resets to zero on rebirth — so running the tower immediately after a rebirth is a wasted ticket. A separate progression write-up from Nerdschalk notes round 1 paying 600 Coins and a Bone Ore, with rounds 2 through 7 listing Frostbite, Diamond, and Ember Stone, which lines up with round 1 returning no stones.
Stage 6 Idling: The Overnight Farm
Normal dungeon enemies drop Ember Stones at random. One recorded session left a character idling on stage 6 overnight and woke up to roughly 2,400 stones — the largest single free chunk anyone has documented. Spread across a full night, that's about 200 to 300 stones per hour, against the tower's 200 per minute.
The comparison isn't close, and community guides say so outright. Idling earns its place for one reason: the tower needs a second rebirth and a ticket, and a fresh account has neither.
Rules for Surviving an Overnight Run
- Mobs respawn every 28–30 seconds, so standing still still pays.
- Dying loses every ore you haven't banked. A death at 3 a.m. wipes the whole night.
- If a normal mob takes more than four hits, back out. This four-hit baseline shows up in multiple community guides.
The practical takeaway: farm the stage you can clear cleanly, not the stage you can barely survive. If stage 7 turns into a four-hit slog, stage 6 is the better Ember Stone farm even though it pays less per kill.
The Enhance Quest Ladder: Getting Paid to Upgrade
The Enhance event quest pays stones for attempts, not levels — which is what makes the cheap-Katana route work. Forge the cheapest Katana you can, enhance it to +2, and repeat. One creator demonstrated on camera that two Katanas enhanced twice each cost 30 stones for four enhancements, and the cost table checks out exactly (5 plus 10 stones per sword).
| Step | Stones per attempt | Coins per attempt | Success rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| +0 to +1 | 5 | 200 | 100% |
| +1 to +2 | 10 | 1,000 | 100% |
| +2 to +3 | 20 | 3,000 | 85% |
| +3 to +4 | 40 | 7,000 | 75% |
| +4 to +5 | 60 | 15,000 | 65% |
| +5 to +6 | 100 | 32,000 | 40% |
| +6 to +7 | Not captured | Not captured | 33% |
| +7 to +8 | Not captured | Not captured | 25% |
The +0 to +6 rows come from a single video reading, so treat them as community-observed. The 5 and 10 rows are the most trustworthy numbers on the table because they survive an arithmetic check against the 30-stone Katana claim. The 33% at +6 to +7 is the one rate with independent agreement from two sources.
Running the full ladder, +0 to +6 costs about 8.55 attempts, roughly 434 stones, and about 117,000 Coins in expectation. The +5 to +6 step alone eats 58% of that stone total.
The Level-Loss Trap Above +6
Above +6, the system changes shape. Three independent sources agree that a failure at +6 or higher drops the item one level. Solving the retry loop gives about 38.9 attempts to go from +5 to +8 instead of the 7.0 a no-penalty model would need — a 5.5x multiplier on your stone spend. A Protection Scroll stops the level loss but not the failure, so it doesn't reduce the retry count.
One warning on the quest ladder: the 30-enhance tier is reported two different ways. One source says 200 Ember Stones; another says the mark grants the first 10 Prismatic Stones, a separate material with no known use. Only the 5 and 10 tiers have two-source agreement. Don't plan a stone budget around the 30 tier.
Free Stones: Codes and the Robux Line
The only active code is 50000CCU, which hands out 50 Ember Stones — the only fixed free amount on the board. Redeem it by opening the game, tapping Shop on the left side of the hub, scrolling to the bottom, and pasting the code into the box. Copy it rather than typing it; a single wrong character fails silently.
Expired codes for reference: 30000CCU (2,000 Coins and 2 Race Rolls) and 20000CCU (2,000 Coins and 1 Power Potion). For future drops, join the official Good Bro Studio group — the team posts update news there, and codes tend to surface around the same time.
On the paid side, Roblox's developer product feed lists four Enhance Packs created on September 25, 2026:
| Pack | Official price | Official description |
|---|---|---|
| Enhance Pack 1 | 99 Robux | Empty |
| Enhance Pack 2 | 499 Robux | Empty |
| Enhance Pack 3 | 1,299 Robux | Empty |
| Enhance Pack 4 | 2,999 Robux | Empty |
That's the whole of it. Every description field is blank, so the stone count per pack isn't published anywhere, and the cost of a single Ember Stone in Robux can't be calculated from official data. Any per-stone figure you see online comes from community video readings, not from Roblox.
Which Farm Should You Actually Run?
Match the farm to your account, not to a tier list:
- Pre-second rebirth: Idle the deepest stage you clear in four hits or fewer, redeem 50000CCU, and grind the Enhance event quests with cheap Katanas. The tower is locked.
- Post-second rebirth, low on tickets: Bank your free daily tickets and run the tower in short sessions rather than long ones. Round 1 pays nothing, so quitting after one round is pure loss.
- Post-second rebirth, ticket-rich: Tower runs are your main stone income. Expect variance — some rounds pay nothing, some pay 160+.
- AFK overnight, always: Idling costs nothing and stacks on top of whatever else you did that day.
One more habit worth building: bank your ore before you push a new stage. The death penalty takes everything you're carrying, and no farm in the game out-earns a full wipe.
